All is because of scattering of light----All colors get scattered almost equally and sun appears white Secondly at noon sun is at the nearest point to earth.Sky is seen blue as the blue light has shorter wave length. Hope it helps.

  • Our atmospger contains atoms and molecules of different sizes.
  • According to their size they are able to scatter different wavelengths of light.
  • On a hot day due to rise in temperature water vapour enters in the temperature, water vapour enters into atmosphere which leads to abundant preasure of water molecules in the atmosphere .
  • These water molecules scatter tye colours of other frequeinces other thab blue.
  • All such colour of other frequencies reach your eye and sky appears white.
