sleeping is not a conplete resting process... Infact it is also a work. We gives rest to all our body parts while sleeping. But our organs keep working. Our mind will be at rest while we are sleeping. Our body and mind becomes fresh and we loose all our laziness and will be free from tiredness. We get relaxed. If we wont sleep our faces becomes darker and we cannot concerntrate on anything our body doesnt support us. Mostly our eyes gets more affected. we must sleep atleast 5hours a day.Other wise we may affect with many diseases.
