Why Snowfall doesn't always occur in Brazil

Big part of your country is at the equator (which is hottest part) you so south is colder (the opposite of US ) we are closer to the equator then you guys are in the US .That's (US is closer to the north pole, meanwhile BRAZILis far away from the south pole ).
