why so we need to measure time?

o that you know you have your life span put into a zone.If there were no measured time for example, you wouldnt know how fast your travelling, how long that cake is in the oven, how long you are writing an exam, how much time you are spending on each activity. People would have gotten accustomed to their own routines.
