no,micelle information does not takes place in ethanol because the alkali chain of soap becomes soluble in alcohol.micelles can forward only around suspended molecules of oil in mixture fossils to form micelle it is necessary that the hydrophobic and stricks to dirt (that is gently organic in nature)
