When dehydration takes place body losses Na^2+ion along with Water and this leads to decrese in blood volume this will lead finally into low blood pressure. When the concentration of Na^2+ion is low in the body then K^+ ion increases and this is responsible for diariaha so to maintain the level of K^+ Na^2+ ion is given to body. And glucose is given because to gain quick energy for the functioning of other organs
