why sodium metal is kept in kerosene but not in any other oils?if kept in other oils then name them.

sodium is kept in kerosen because if sodium is kept in the contact of oxygen it catch fire rapidly

sodium is kept in kersosene as it reacts vigorously with oxgen ( when exposed in air) no other oil is chosen as it contains a small amount of oxygen
