why solid have fixed solid and volume , liquid has fixed volume and gases neither have fixed shape nor volume?
please help me guys ​

Explanation:

In solids the atoms are tightly packed, thus they have fixed shaped and volume. ... And in the case of gas the atoms are situated much far away thus they don't have fixed shape nor fixed volume, and this is why they fill completely the container in which they are stored.
