solid have negligible kinetic energy because it molecules are tightly packed to each other due to no free space between them & it can not move easily so it's kinetic energy will be negligible

solids have negligible kinetic energy because it's particles are very tightly packed & they have very less intermolecular spaces between them and the force of attraction between the particles is very strong and the particles of solids does not able to move ..
