As more and more resistors are added in parallel to a circuit, the equivalent resistanceof the circuit decreases and the total current of the circuit increases. Adding more resistors in parallel is equivalent to providing more branches through which charge can flow.

The internal resistance of microbial fuels cells are taking place with low resistance membrane and decrease the IR significantly and use for buffer solution.

When external resistance decreases salt bridge was prepared by using 1M KCL solution. The resistance can be derived from Microbial fuel cells and MFC with a real wastewater.
