LEAD REACT WITH HCL TO FORM HYDROGEN BUBBLE CAN BE SEEN IN THE CONTAINER.

contact2lekha: Na metals reacting with acid is explosive and these metals react very vigorously hence we are able to see the bubbles in the tube
kanchi55: ok

During the reaction of some metals with dilute hydrochloric acid, following observations were made:
(i) Silver metal does not show any change.
(ii) The temperature of the reaction mixture rises when aluminium (Al) is added.
(iii) The reaction of sodium metal is found to be highly explosive.
(iv) Some bubbles of a gas are seen, when lead (Pb) is reacted with the acid.
(v) A gas is produced when sodium carbonate is added to the acid.

Hope this will help you.. ✌

contact2lekha: When lead is treated with dil. Hcl bubbles of hydrogen gets are evolved....... Pb+2Hcl➡️PbCl2+H2
contact2lekha: Reaction os Na metals is found to be highly explosive bcoz its an exothermic reaction the temp. Of the reaction mixture rises when Al is added as its also an exothermic reaction........... Hope this helps u I'm studying 8th grade ☺️
kanchi55: thanks
contact2lekha: Ur welcome
