There's a lot of diversity of angiosperms (flowering plants) on Earth. All the flowers do not belong to the same family. For example you are unique and may share some traits with your family members. Similarly, plants which belong to similar family show some traits that are somewhat similar across the family.
Every flower has various pigments that depends on many factors like the family to which it belongs, the soil pH, the weather conditions, whether it grows in shade or in sun etc etc.
Similarly the scent is also dependent on many factors.
The smell and the colour also helps the plant to interact with other organisms. For example vibrant fragrant flowers attract many Bees, which helps it in pollination

plants have colour and odour to attract insects for pollination by them
if they are colourless and odourless ,they are not insect pollinated plants
if they are colourless and odourless ,they are not insect pollinated plants
