Well, the simple reason is that some people use brainly as an internet forum of sorts...
Most of them may know that this website is used for asking informational questions and doubts but they don't really care about what the norm is and will believe that this is something like a forum or private group chat and will reveal personal info.
The simple solution is to report those posts, but honestly that isn't even the main problem as we can ignore those posts.
The real problem here is spamming of posts. Sometimes a single user may do 10 posts within the span of a minute which is really irritating and poses a problem to people who actually want to answer doubts.
Going off topic, brainly is often used by people wanting others to finish their homework or help them cheat during tests... why is that ? why would you do that ? don't you have friends you can ask to cheat ? do you really trust strangers online to help you cheat during exams ? lol that's funny. XD
TL;DR - PEOPLE ON THE INTERNET ARE OFTEN IGNORANT. IGNORE THEM OR REPORT THEM AND MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE.
