why some seeds don,t contain endosperm. and in the absence of endosperm which part of seed provide food to embryo during germination?

actually the endosperm is developed to Nourish the developing embryo

either it's completely consumed - non albuminous.

and in some it's left over-albuminous

ex:castor,coconut
