Honestly the biggest frustration to me, has to do with dealing with people. ... Have to say he's right, it's hard to hold onto that. ... We are experts in the car business after all. And not just to do with car sales... people hear you're a car salesman, and they have less trust in you ... You also have some time to get to know the driver.
