why sound travels faster during night than day ....?​

This is because, during day most of the sound waves collide each other and resultant sound waves are small.

During night, no noise, helps to travel more faster as compared to days

Explanation:

At night , the air is denser due to humidity (obviously nights are cooler). sound requires medium to travel and so DENSER the medium,FASTER the sound travels. Humid air is denser than warmer air as in day.
