Why spectacles get cloudy deposit on when we move out from an ac room

Because the spectacles are cold due to which the air around the spectacles gets cold and undergoes condensation and gets deposited on the spectacles

This is due to water vapour present in air.In ac rooms the air being cold results in the water vapor present in the air slowly condensing to water in liquid form.thus, spectacles may collect water vapor on it.
