Why sports man wearing shoes with spikes?

Sportsman use shoes fitted with spikebecause of the better grip given byspikes while running. This is because the force of friction between the shoesand the ground increases with the help of spikes.

as I like athlete and I want to become it so shoes with spike make balance in ground while running as some of members skit there it does not happen with that shoes if u know to use
