because star have 1 small particle which twinkle so we can see it but planet have large number of small particle if 1 twinkle then other glow so we can't see it twinkle

Stars are present very far away from the earth. They are visible as point sources. The light rays which come from them, get refracted many times before they reach our eyes. So stars donot twinkle. So the diffraction of light does not occur much and planets do not seem to twinkle.
