HERE'S THE ANSWER ✌

Stars do not really twinkle, they just appear to twinkle when seen from the surface of Earth.

The stars twinkle in the night sky because of the effects of our atmosphere.
When starlight enters our atmosphere it is affected by winds in the atmosphere and by areas with different temperatures and densities.

heya mate here is your answer

The twinkling of stars is due to atmospheric refraction of starlight. The starlight on entering the earth's atmosphere undergoes refraction continuously before it reaches the earth .The atmospheric refraction occurs in a medium of gradually changing refractive index . Since the atmosphere bends the starlight towards the normal the apparent position of the star is slightly different from its actual position when viewed from the horizon .Furthur , the apoarent position of star is not stationary but keeps on changing slightly , since the physical condition of the earth's atmosphere are not stationary. Because of these reasons star twinkles.

hope this may be helpfull to you
