why stars twinkle in night and sun do not though it is a star?

Because sun is pouring light on the other side of the earth

Stars twinkle because we are viewing them through Earth's atmosphere, which has lots of thick, moving air in it. The light of the sun is refracted (bent) through the atmosphere, in lots of different directions, which causes the appearance of twinkling of stars. The reason the sun does not twinkle is that it is the closest star as compared to other stars ..........................
