Hey , Here is UR AnsweR

✈Stars really don't twinkle, they just appear to twinkle when seen from surface of Earth. the star in night sky becz. of the effects of our atmosphere. When starlight enters our atmosphere it is affected by winds in the atmosphere and by areas with different temperatures and densities.

✈And stars appear to pinpoint as they are so far from earth but the sun is Quite close to us as campared to others planets & Stars..
@Hope it May Helpful To U.!!

In general, stars do not twinkle. They just appear to be twinkling because of their pinpoint size and also by the effect of the atmosphere of the earth. As the starlight enters the earth's atmosphere, it's path is disturbed by the winds and air particles and by the temperature and pressure variations in different areas. Refraction of light also plays a key role to make the stars twinkle. The starlight gets refracted by the small scale fluctuations in air density which makes the stars twinkle to us.

As for the sun, it donot twinkle. As because they are closer and appear larger to us.
