Hey mate..
Star doesn't twinkle it seems to be twinkle because we see stars from a thick atmosphere layer and the light of star bounces back million of times .

Answer :
Stars are the bright and shiny objects in the space.. These stars seems to be twinkle.But, actually they don't twinkle!
When we see the stars from earth..they looks like TWINKLING
Because..due the rotation of earth and its atmosphere, the light from stars which reaches the earth is bounced and the stars seems to be twinkle!
