starting a business, small or medium, requires an appropriate survey of the market you target. The results are unpredictable. The worst part is that you are your own judge when it comes to weighing your capabilities Vis a Vis your shortcomings. If your kitchen in your home needs gas, you may not be able to provide it if you are on gas yourself.
