Punjab and Maharashtra having very high Percapita income and having very low literacy rate because these 2 states may now have literacy rate more but the population of these states are somewhat high. For a better life, everyone wants to earn money. For that they will be having so many opportunities to work industry side. as industries works require no study. People are possibly earn money with out any qualification of study.
