BECAUSE EARTH ROTATE'S FROM WEST TO EAST.HENCE SUN RISES FROM EAST.

we know rotation very well...

the earth is rotate about its axis in the East to West direction.. due to it the sun rise in the East and sets in the West and also causes day and night.......
