no sun and moon not appear in same size it is because latitude and longitude of Earth when Earth rotates it changes it position

its just a kind of coincidence. the diameter of sun is about 400 times larger then the moon, but it is roughly 400 time farther then the earth. these two qualities almost cancel each other out. and the sun usually wind up looking either the same size or a just a bit bigger then the sun.
