why sun apears white at noon time

this is due to the refraction

At noon time, sun is at least distance to earth as compared to when it is near the horizon(evening&morning). Therefore only a little bit of blue light is scattered. The bright sunrays cover this blue colour. Therefore, sky appears to us white at noon time
