Supreme court is the apex in the judicial system of our country. India is a democratic country in which the division of power is between the central and the state government. Whenever a conflict of thoughts occurs, the decision of supreme court prevails whether it be a conflict between citizens of a country, government and citizens of between different state government it's judgements are final. Judiciary in our country is independent also
