why synthetic clothes catch fire easily?

Synthetic Clothes contain a lot of Hydrogen (of course Carbon too). H2 is too inflammable.
Clothes are added with N2, P, or Halogens Cl, Br, Methyl , Ethyl groups or Phosphates to reduce the inflammability. For example Nylon 66 variety does not catch fire even above 100 deg C.
