Because the government got more than half tax from the tobacco manufacturers and not only tobacco from the alchohol also...

We know Tambaco or Tobacco is harmful still it is manufactured. Because it is a business of many people, it is cultivated in fields which is a business of farmers then it is taken to a factory where many peoples are employee. And government is also taking tax in it.

But still it is harmful....
