why taste of tea change when it becomes cold

adarsh177110: Besides limiting and isolating the effects of smell on taste, cold or room temperature tea changes the physical act of tasting. ... One more mysterious phenomenon is that when drinking atea hot or cold, interesting flavors come through, drinking a lukewarm teausually has little to no taste.
