why tea cannot be cultivated in plain areas? comment

Here is your answer:

Tea grows in well drained fertile soil. Well drained soil in found in hilly region. The slanting slope allows water to easily flow and waterlogging doesn't occur. But in plains, the land is flat. There is waterlogging in plains. Tea can't be cultivated in plains as there is much of waterlogging due to flat land.

Tea needs black soil which is not present in planes black soil is also known as loamy soil which is the best used tea cotton
