HEY FRND HERE'S YOUR ANSWER ⬇⬇⬇
✔If we increase overall temperature of. distillation column and keep other parameters constant then degree of seperation reduce and your product purity going to disturb.
⭕⭕WHY?⭕⭕
When you increase the temperature it means high boiling point component also start to boil.
So overall vaporization rate increase but our condenser duty is fixed so it is not able to condense as per requirement.
so pressure of the distillation column increase and if pressure increase then relative volatility goes down.
so for the desired purity of product we need higher number of stages but number of stages is fixed.
so we can't get desired product purity.
