why tenth class students get more stressed any reason and how to overcome

because there is atense of board paper and boardis come after4-5 years thats why all students are so tense. but there is no any problem to face bord paper. we all students think all are same but the our learning pattern is change.

The main reason behind this situation this people will think that this year we are going have Board exam and they will think that 10th class is very very important from here our future begins and people think that we need to get a good score and they just mug the thing and just before the board exams they get tensed and some students spoil there paper due to tension!

SO, There is not need to worry!! all we have to do is hard work!!! we just need to full our full effort!
