beacuse its degree of dissociation is higher when dissolved in water

the Carbo cations contain only 6 Valence Electrons. as they are electron deficient species they are highly reactive to complete their octet though are more stable than the primary or secondary Carbo cations they are not Stable to isolate and they are highly reactive......
