they show acidic behaviour in liquid
but they doesnt show acidic behaviour in solid state
becoz they want a materia to release Hydrogen ions

Theacids will not show its acidic behaviour in the absence of water, thisis because the acids produce hydrogen ions only in the presence ofwater. Theacids show acidic behaviour due to the presence of hydrogen ion .. with absence of water they don't showbecause hydrogen ion don't get produced without water...plzz mark as brainlist
