After the formation of the United States of America, the white Americans began to move westward and America seemed a land of promise because of the following reasons: Its wilderness could be turned into cultivated fields.  Forest timber could be cut for export. Animals could be hunted for skin.  Mountains could be mined for gold and minerals   Plz mark me as the brainliest!!!
