why the answers which are reported are not deleted on time

Brainly have the team of Moderators.These moderators are from us brainly users only who have excelled in content quality answering.They are given the task to delete the vague, copied or irrelevant question and answers and to reduce spam going on in brainly.

When you report the answers, mods got notifications about it.Now, understand that not only you but many have at same time reported several questions or answers.How can they deal with all at same time??

And as they are among us only, they also have to study, do their household chores and other things.They are also busy.

But they try their best to moderate the stuff here.They devote max time they can give to moderate.And also there r limited no. of Moderators only.

So, instead of criticising them we should praise and applaud their immense efforts towards brainly to make this place a better place.

• First of all I say a heartfelt sorry to you for any inconveniences faced due to any reported stuff which wasn't deleted. We can assure you that in the coming days we'll be handing everything effectively.

• The thing is that , there is a moderator archive of approximately around 9000+ stuffs like questions/answers /comments which need to be deleted. Hence with so much pending work in store , delays happen and we regret that.

• We moderators are human beings too and have a sweet life outside the threshold of brainly and our fellow brainliacs. Most of our moderators are students and it's obvious for them to devote equal time to other things , hence many a times we overlook too.

• Also , since many are on leave due to their important exams , sometimes it becomes extremely difficult to handle things and we apologise for that.

Still , we try to give our best in every way possible :)
