why the atoms are stable though negatively charged electron are revolving within it?

because it has the correct amount of protons inside it...but during their time of decay some of them become radioactive

Hello friend...

As we know that,

Electrons are negatively charged particles which revolve around the nucleus. But there are positively charged particles called protons which maintain energy balance in the atom.
Due to this reason, an atom maintains it's stability.
