Why the birth rate in india decline and birth rate increase explain?

India is the second populist country in the whole world.............

India's birth rate decreased in past few decades but now is increasing

It decreased because no one wanted a girl child hence they used to kill it

But now birth rate is increasing because most of the people are engaged and increase in litteracy rate has helped in increasing birth rate

Life expectancy of people in India is less hence as compared to birth rate it's less..........

point to be noted:Birth rate in India is now increasing but with fulcuating rate

because many years back there were droughts ,famines etc so birth rate was low now new technique better health care have emerged so it is high
