why the blood are called connective tissue

blood is integrated with all other systems functions in our body by carrying required nutrients,oxygen and by removing wastes

main reason is its origin is mesodermal same as other connective tissues in our body

hence it is called as connective tissue

Because blood connects the body system together bringing the needed OXYGEN NUTRIENT and transport the MATERIALS essential for our body
