Answer :Reptiles are cold blooded. The term 'cold blooded' signifies that the temperature of the body changes with the temperature of the external environment .This strategy helps them to conserve the energy in cold and they can rapidly ramp up their body temperature in heat. Most of the the reptiles such as snakes, lizards cool down very easily and and they warm up very easily. If we take a example of lizard in desert ,whenever it feels cold it goes and sits on a rock in sun and whenever it feels it feels warm it goes down under a stone.
