Fluorine is more electronegative so it reacts with hydrogen to form HF layer . In this layer fluorine also shows intermolecular hydrogen bonding with hydrogen of other HF. In HCl,Cl is not very electronegative to show intermolecular hydrogen bonding. Hence HCl has lower boiling point HF

hope it's helpful :-))

Flourine is more electronegative than Chlorine. Hence the Ionic bond between H and F is stronger when compared to that between H and Cl. Therefore, we require greater force to overcome the intermolecular force of attraction in HF molecule than HCl molecule, So, BP of HF is greater than BP of HCL.
