The electronegativity of sulphur is not ever near about oxygen . So , H2S ( hydrohen sulphide ) is not polar like water and due to this the boling point of water is more than that of hydrogen sulphide

If You know the topic"Hydrogen Bond",and its type then you will also know-
1. Intermolecular Hydrogen Bond , and
2.Intra molecular Hydrogen Bond
Water have Intermolecular hydrogen bond and H2S have intra molecular hydrogen bond.

Intermolecular hydrogen Bond are strong bond and hence exist in liquid state so water exist in water state and water have higher boiling point whereas H2S is associated with intra molecular hydrogen bond and hence exist in gaseous state so H2S have lower boiling point.
