Why the boiling point of water is less than hundred degree celsius at hill station?

Bec as we go on higher altitude then atmospheric pressure decrease and boiling point is defined when the pressure is equal to external pressure as at higher altitude partial pressure decrease so boiling point also decrease

at hill station atmospheric pressure gets reduced as temperature is low and according to gay lussac's law pressure is directly proportional to temperature. at low pressure less energy is requited to make water boil( as by boiling we actually make vapour pressute equal to atmospheric pressure)
