Why the bottom of the cooking vessels get blackened when placed over a gas or kerosene stove?

This cause by uneven heating...and in result the vessels get blackened..

hy mate

because of the inlets of air getting closed . the fuel gases do not completely undrgo combustion. hence , it forms a sooty carbon form which gets coated over the vessels.
