why the cold air from sea water starts flowing towards land in summer?
Answers
First off, you should know that land heats up much faster than water in the day, and loses it's heat faster than water in the night. In the day, the land heats up, thus heating up the air around it. Warm air is less dense than cold air, so the heated air will rise forming a low pressure. The air around the water is a high pressure because it is cool air, and will move towards the land, since air will always move from a high pressure to a low pressure. An easy way to visualize this is to imagine the heated air leaving an empty space as it rises, therefore air must move in to replace it. Hence, we have a sea-to-land breze.
Conversely, at night, the land cools fast enough to lower the temperature of the air around it below the temperature of the air around the sea. Thus, the air around the sea will rise because it is less dense, forming a low pressure. The air around the land will form a high pressure and the same principle of "high pressure moving to low pressure", will produce a land-to-sea breeze.

Air moves towards high temperature(low pressure) area from cooler (high pressure) area . During day land gets heated quickly but ocean will be relatively cooler. This effects air as well. Hence wind blows from ocean to land.
During night Land cools quickly but ocean will be still warm causing reversal effect.
This occurs due specific heat capacity of water and soil is different, in other words water gets heated or cool slowly compared to soil.
This is mainly due to the difference in Pressure Areas.
In summers, air above sea is cooler so a high pressure area gets created over it.
Air above land is hotter so a low pressure area get created over it.
As, we know that wind blows from high pressure to low pressure, so that's why Cool Air from Seas generally blow towards the land.
