why the color of raw fruit is different from ripen fruit?

because in raw fruit the plastid is chloroplast which is green in colour and when it is ripen it can change to any colour depending upon the chromoplast present which is evolved from that pre chloroplast . the science tells that plastids can evolve from one another as like chloroplast can get evolved to chromoplast same goes here ........so chloroplast can change to chromoplast ....
