Why the conductance of micelle containing solution is low?

This is reasonable because for a given surfactant the number ofmicelles formed generally increases with an increase in the surfactant concentration. Surfactants are organic substances, which significantly decrease the surface tension of water at relatively lowconcentrations, atleast partially water soluble.
